These terms apply to the Voidance iOS application ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them.
What Voidance is
Voidance is a private, on-device space to write down thoughts and destroy them. It is a wellness and self-expression tool — it is not medical care, therapy, or crisis support. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local crisis line.
Nothing is saved — by design
The core feature of the app is that written content is irreversibly destroyed and never stored. You understand and accept that anything you release in the app cannot be recovered, and that the app must not be used as a place to keep information you want to keep.
Voidance Complete (one-time purchase)
- "Voidance Complete" is a single, one-time purchase — it is not a subscription and never renews or charges you again.
- It permanently unlocks all destruction animations, soundscapes, and release methods, for the lifetime of the app on your Apple account.
- Payment is processed by Apple through your App Store account.
- You can restore the purchase on any device signed into the same Apple account using "Restore Purchases" in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's standard terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only as permitted by law and by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also governs your use of the app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app — including the irreversible destruction of content, which is the app's intended behavior.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be available at this address with the date above.
