Welcome to Orbicast. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Orbicast lets you generate cinematic 3D drone-style flyover videos of places on the map and explore them in a flight simulator. Features depend on map and 3D imagery provided by third parties and may change over time.

2. Subscriptions & payments

Orbicast offers an auto-renewing subscription (Orbicast Pro), available as weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, that unlocks unlimited drone renders and full flight-simulator time.
Non-subscribers may create one free drone render and use a short free flight preview.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (App Store → your account → Subscriptions).
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Apple's standard EULA also applies to your use of the app: Apple Standard License Agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, circumvent usage limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Content & imagery

Map and 3D imagery are provided by Google and its licensors and remain subject to their terms. Videos you generate are for your personal use.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that rendered imagery is accurate or current.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbicast and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
